Dear Sirs,
I upgraded from the Alpha-100 to the Alpha-700. My RAW files do not open no more in Photoshop RAW software. Am I doing something wrong or what, please?
Thanks in advance.

Michael Hohner answers:
The A700 is supported by Adobe Camera Raw 4.3 and later. The current version is 4.3.1. You need to go to www.adobe.com and download the latest version.

Dear Michael,
Unfortunately the version CS2(which I have) of Photoshop does not accept any Camera Raw versions after Camera Raw 3.7.
Do you envision any other solution for this case, please?

Michael Hohner answers:
You can use the DNG converter of Camera Raw 4.x, convert the ARW files to DNG, and then load the DNG file with Camera Raw 3.7. This should work.

Or upgrade to CS3.

Great!
It works great with the conversion to DNG file and openning with Camera Raw 3.7.
You just made me save $199.00 + taxes, Michael.
Have a great day,
Cesar Barroso
